Good to know before you book
A few plain-language guidelines that keep the studio running smoothly and every appointment fair — for you and for me.
Booking
- All appointments are booked online, in advance — no walk-ins.
- A deposit is required to confirm full set and fill appointments and is applied toward your total.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice, or a no-show, forfeits the deposit.
- Repeated no-shows may require prepayment on future bookings.
Running late
- Up to 10 minutes late: your appointment proceeds, though the set may be slightly less full to stay on schedule.
- More than 15 minutes late: the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit is forfeited.
Before you arrive
- Come with clean lashes — no mascara or eye makeup.
- Skip oil-based skincare around the eyes beforehand.
- Dirty lashes may require extra cleaning time.
Fills
- Fills are for sets originally applied here, with 40%+ of extensions remaining.
- Sets from other studios need a removal plus a fresh full set.
- More than 3 weeks since your last visit — full set pricing applies.
Health & safety
- Please reschedule if you have an eye infection, conjunctivitis, or any contagious condition.
- A patch test is available on request, especially if you have sensitive skin.
- All sales are final; reach out within 72 hours if something’s not right and we’ll make it right.
