Keep your set looking pawfect

Your lashes are an investment β€” a few simple habits keep them full, healthy, and lasting as long as possible.

First 24 hours

  1. 1Keep lashes completely dry β€” no water, steam, or sweat.
  2. 2Skip oil-based skincare and makeup remover near the eyes.
  3. 3Avoid touching, rubbing, or picking at your new set.
  4. 4Sleep on your back if you can, so the fans don’t get crushed.

Daily care

  • Brush lashes each morning with a clean spoolie.
  • Cleanse with an oil-free, lash-safe cleanser 2–3x a week.
  • Pat dry β€” never rub β€” after cleansing.
  • Skip mascara and lash curlers on extensions entirely.

Fill timing

  • Book a fill every 2–3 weeks to keep a set looking full.
  • Under roughly 50% of extensions remaining usually calls for a fresh full set instead.
  • Natural lashes shed on their own cycle β€” regular fills protect that cycle.

What to avoid

  • Oil-based makeup remover or skincare
  • Mascara or lash curlers on extensions
  • Saunas & long hot showers (first 24h)
  • Rubbing, picking, or pulling at lashes

Any redness, discomfort, or irritation β€” reach out right away, or see a doctor if needed.
